JeCo GmbH was founded by Teresa Kimmel-Seemann in June 2020. Its name combines the first names of her two daughters, giving the company a family connection from the outset.
Robert Seemann initially supported its development as Teresa’s partner, contributing his technical and digital expertise to building the business.
Since their marriage in October 2022, they have continued this shared path as a married couple. Today, JeCo has a strong family character in which professional expertise, personal responsibility and dependable mutual support are closely connected.
Industry experience became an independent company.
Teresa Kimmel-Seemann has extensive experience across various areas of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Her professional background in food technology and pharmaceutical distribution has shaped her understanding of quality, procurement and customer requirements.
Robert Seemann added technical and scientific thinking, IT expertise and automated data processes. The result was an operating model that combines commercial, pharmaceutical and technical perspectives.

Systems Tinkerer, web development & operational processes
Responsible for digital processes, data structures, web development and technical implementation. As a Systems Tinkerer, he combines his mechanical engineering background with broad technical expertise and the systematic development of operational workflows.
